Today we all live busy lives where often we either don't take time for ourselves or, don't feel we have the right to take time for ourselves. We are all also plagued by media images of 'perfection' a perfection that owes more to airbrushing and hype than it does to truth, yet still we strive for it. There are many on line life coaching courses available to you, most are broken down into separate modules and you would pay for each module, let's say you'd pay £25 per module and you want to work on your self-confidence/self-esteem, your career, your finances, a relationship, communicating with your children, communicating with your spouse and setting goals. That's seven modules at £25 each for a total of £175 and there is no guarantee that you would actually follow the modules through on your own without continuing support.

Learn how your brain is wired so that you can understand why you sometimes feel the way you do. Learn how your partners brain is wired so you can communicate more effectively.

How this course works.

This on line life coaching course consists of 12 monthly modules or lessons, which you incorporate into your life before moving on to the next one. Why? Because for us to integrate a new habit easily into our lives, we need to practice it consistently for 30 days, that way it just becomes 'the thing we do' automatically and effortlessly. Once you have completed the first month, you fill in a feed back form and send it in, this is so you can see the progress you make, month by month. Then you get the next module/lesson and you begin to incorporate that too, gently and effortlessly building new habits month by month.

Once a month we have a live on line seminar which you can attend where we discuss the previous months subjects and you have a chance to ask questions, to be in contact with others taking the course and of course if you're having any difficulties we can talk about those too.

Because you're a student, you also get discounted rates for any live 'intensive workshops' that may be offered from time to time.

Subjects Covered

We cover many aspects of the subjects below, this gives you all round support so whether you want to re-direct your life, your career or your relationships you have the tools to make authentic and positive changes in every area of your life. We will use EFT to remove the blocks that hold you back, we all have them and they come from many areas both within and without. That is some of those blocks come from beliefs we hold, from experiences we've had, plus beliefs we have that are those we've picked up from other with out actually thinking them through to know if they are true for us.

Self Confidence

Many people look for life coaching because they want to increase their self confidence, there are as many reasons as there are people for a lack of self confidence and a generic appraoch will not suit everyone. So what can you do? Learn the tools that will enable you to tailor the process to your personal requirements and so get the results you want.

It's also true that some people are confident in some situations but not in others, that's why being able to tailor the process to your individual needs can be so productive, who knows you better than you? Self Esteem

Sometimes self esteem and self confidence intertwine and sometimes a lack of self esteem can wreck an otherwise happy life. We all know people who appear on the surface to be confident and full of assurance, then we notice that they are not treated well by their nearest and dearest. This is usually because the persons self esteem is so low they actually think they deserve to be treated badly.

Goal Setting

In order to get somewhere we've never been before, we need a map, the steps and sequence that will get us to our destination. First we have to decide where it is we want to go, then look at the options we have for getting there, then choose the option that seems best to us. Once we have this we can check off the steps along the way so we can see our progress and be sure that should anything unforseen happen, we can take steps to ensure that we are still on the best route to our goals.

Decision Making

Every minute of every day we make decisions and judgements, they are mostly made at a subconscious level and we are unaware of most of them. Yet when we have to make a conscious decision, so many of us fear making an incorrect decision that we refuse to choose, even though that is actually a decision too! Making good decisions is an important part of creating the life of our dreams but most of us feel we have to make 'perfect' decisions, once you really understand that's impossible you are most of the way to being relaxed and in control of your self. So as part of this module you'll learn how to be 'perfectly imperfect' in every area of your life!

Communication

We often hear the phrase "But that's not what I meant!" from someone whose comments have been taken in a way they were not meant. It doesn't matter whether you're male or female, young or old, it can happen between couples, between friends and families and between parents and children. It happens at work, in the home, at social gatherings and between complete strangers on the streets.

The brains of men and women evolved differently and so they communicate differently, then there is the personal 'filters' that we all grow up with which affect the way we see the world and our understanding of different concepts and beliefs. What to one person can be a good thing can to another, be an abomination. Understanding these differences and remembering them when we communicate can greatly enhance our lives.


Relationships

Regardless of whether we are religious or not, many of us would like to lead a more spiritual life and once again reseach shows that leading a more spiritual life has beneficial effects on our health and happiness.
