Why do I have to provide it?

Government Legislation now states that employers have a duty to provide counseling/training to employees to alleviate work related stress.

What will I gain ?

As an employer, you will gain a more efficient and productive workforce. As an individual you will have core skills to use in all areas of your life, not just in a work environment.

How can I do it?

Simple! Email your contact details, including the number of staff and which course/s you're interested in and let us do the rest!

Conflict Management

identifying types of behavior & triggers to violent aggressive behavior.
