Simple! Email your contact details, including the problem you want to resolve and I'll do the rest! I'll call you for your free initial consultation and together we'll devise a plan of action! | Peak PerformanceSo what is ‘peak performance’? It’s that special mental place where everything just ‘flows’ and you know that everything will fall into place effortlessly. Of course, other people will have other definitions but most people concerned with performing at their peak will know what it feels like. Be a winning salesperson!Sales is a very competitive field and to succeed you need to be in control, calm, confident and sure of your product and your pitch. Do you have difficulties asking for the order or taking a 'no' as something impersonal? EFT can help if the answer to anyof these questions is yes! This applies to so many fields, sports (golf, rugby, football, cricket etc,) as well as games (poker, blackjack, wargames, computer gaming etc,). It also applies of course to performing arts, (acting, singing, after dinner speaking, public speaking etc,) and to anything where you are competing with others, or competing against a previous ‘personal best’. It is the difference between winning and losing, getting the award and sometimes getting the job. It affects most areas of our lives and is one of the most elusive thing to describe or enhance. But with the right tools you can make extraordinary improvements!EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique) can help to eliminate the ‘limiting beliefs’ that keep us in our ‘comfort zones’. Limiting beliefs are those things we think almost subconsciously about whether or not we’ll succeed in our chosen endeavour, be it passing an exam or giving a concert or playing a round of golf. With EFT you can remove the mental blocks that prevent you from consistently performing at your best. EFT can help to restore greater range of movement, help injuries heal fast and negative fears can be sustantially reduced and in most cases eliminated. It’d the little voice that constantly tells you “I’ll/you’ll never do it, I/you always fail at this, I/you have never been able to do it and you’ll never be able to do it!” This voice distracts you and so you lose concentration and of course you don’t perform as well as you thought you could. Result is the little voice says “told you so!” which of course reinforces it the next time around. Comfort zones are just that, the familiar and comfortable place we’ve always inhabited, it can be scary to move out of that comfort zone and into a higher one. After all, what if we can’t maintain it? Or, what if we have to work harder and longer, is it worth the effort? What will our family/friends think/feel if we move onwards and upwards? Will they still love us? Respect us? It is thoughts like these that can hold us back, EFT and Hypnotherapy and appropriate body language can help us undo our limiting beliefs and help us move out of our comfort zone. Breath work and creative visualisation can help us feel relaxed whilst moving to new and better levels of performance All you need to do is call me on +44 07763 80 40 88or email me and between us we'll find an answer! |
