They feel great stress when they think they can't handle the demands put upon them. Stress is therefore a negative experience. But it is not an inevitable consequence of an event: It will depend a lot on people's perceptions of a situation and their real ability to cope with it.” There is good stress and bad stress, the trick is in knowing which is which. Some stress is necessary, it's what gets you out of bed in the morning and lets you leap out of the way of oncoming vehicles (It developed to help you leap out of the way of oncoming sabre toothed tigers!) This course will show you simple but profound ways of managing and reducing stress. Reducing the bad stress and utilising the good stress to enable you to reach goals and targets you never thought possible!
